Comprehensive Roof Assessment

Before we touch a single roll of membrane, we walk the existing roof and document its condition top to bottom. Surface Preparation

A TPO system is only as good as the surface it's installed on. We clean the roof deck thoroughly, remove any debris, and let everything dry out completely before moving forward. Insulation Installation

TPO Membrane Installation

The membrane itself gets installed using one of three methods depending on your building. Fully adhered systems use bonding adhesive across the entire roof surface and offer the strongest wind uplift resistance, which is what we recommend for buildings in open or high-wind areas. Ballasted systems use weight (usually river rock) to hold the membrane in place. Heat-Welded Seams
