Serving the Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex Communities

We proudly serve communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with professional roofing, construction, and home improvement services.

DFW Roofing Coverage

We're a local roofing company based in Farmers Branch, working across the Dallas-Fort Worth area on roofing, siding, gutters, and related construction projects. Most of our work comes from homeowners, but we also handle commercial buildings and multi-unit properties for property managers throughout the metroplex.

Storm damage is usually how people first find us. A hail storm comes through, the calls start coming in, and we're out doing assessments and tarping roofs that took the worst of it. Other times it's a slow leak that's been there for months, or a roof that's just at the end of its life and needs to be replaced before something gives. Either way, we'll come take a look.

Our service radius extends about 100 miles from Farmers Branch, covering most of DFW. So whether you're in Dallas, Plano, Arlington, or one of the smaller suburbs, you're in our area.

We work on projects across all four major DFW counties pretty regularly: Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and Denton. Being local matters here because North Texas roofs face issues that roofs in other parts of the country don't. Hail one season, 100-degree heat the next, freeze events that catch contractors from out of state off guard. We've seen it all, and we know what holds up here.

Cities With Dedicated Service Pages

Dallas

Dallas is where most of our DFW work happens, from full replacements in older neighborhoods like Lakewood and Preston Hollow to commercial flat roof work downtown and across the city. Hail and high winds keep us busy here every storm season, and we handle everything from quick repair calls to insurance-claim replacements. Our Dallas page goes deeper into the neighborhoods we cover and the kinds of projects we see most often.

Plano

Plano homeowners tend to be in research mode when they call us, and we appreciate that approach. The neighborhoods here range from established homes in West Plano to newer subdivisions on the east side, so the projects vary a lot. Whether you're getting ahead of a roof that's hitting its 20-year mark or working through a hail claim, we'll walk you through the options before any work starts. Our Plano page covers the area in more detail.

Arlington

Arlington is one of our busiest service areas, and we work projects across the city year-round on both sides of the highway. The mix here leans heavily toward storm damage repair and full replacements, partly because the city sees a lot of hail activity and partly because a lot of the housing stock is hitting that replacement window. We handle insurance claim work regularly here too. The Arlington page has more on what we do in the area.

Carrollton

Carrollton sits right next to our Farmers Branch shop, so we're in the area constantly and know it well. We work on a lot of established neighborhoods here where the original roofs are aging out, and the local mix of single-family and townhome work keeps our crews busy. Our Carrollton page goes into the kinds of projects we see most often and what to expect from a roof in this area.

Farmers Branch

Farmers Branch is home for us. Our shop is here on Rosser Road, and a lot of our neighbors are also our customers. The work here ranges from small repairs to full replacements on homes that have been standing for decades, plus commercial work along the I-635 corridor. Anyone in Farmers Branch dealing with a roof issue can usually expect us to be on-site faster than most. The Farmers Branch page has more details.

Addison

Addison's a smaller footprint geographically but the work here is steady, with a mix of residential and a fair amount of commercial flat-roof work given the office and retail density along the Tollway. Hail events tend to hit Addison hard when they come through, so we see a lot of insurance claim work after storm seasons. Our Addison page covers what we do in the area in more depth.

Richardson

Richardson's been picking up for us lately. A lot of the homes off Central and Coit are at the age where the original roof is on its last legs, and we've been doing a steady stream of replacements and repair work in those neighborhoods. The commercial side keeps us busy too, mostly flat-roof work on the office and retail buildings near the Telecom Corridor. Our Richardson page has more on what we do here.

Southlake

Southlake work tends to involve premium materials more often than in our other service areas. We've handled slate replacements, clay tile repairs, and a fair amount of high-end architectural shingle work on homes through the Carillon and Stonebridge areas. The projects move at a pace that fits the property, and the materials cost more, but that's part of working in this part of DFW. Our Southlake page has more.

Irving

Irving keeps us moving. We work residential neighborhoods near MacArthur Boulevard, multi-family properties around Las Colinas, and commercial buildings spread throughout the city. Most of the residential calls come in after storms or when a roof's just due for replacement, while the commercial work is mostly flat-roof maintenance and repair. Our Irving page goes into more detail on the area.

Additional DFW Communities We Serve

Fort Worth

Fort Worth keeps us busy on the storm side. We handle a steady stream of hail damage repair work after major events, and our emergency roof repair crews respond to Fort Worth calls regularly when leaks show up after the rain. The mix here also includes flat roof projects on commercial buildings throughout the city. We've worked enough Fort Worth jobs to know the area and what its roofs typically deal with.

Garland

Garland is one of those areas where the housing stock is older and the original roofs are aging out fast. We do a lot of hail damage repair here after big storms, and full replacements come up often when a roof's been patched too many times to keep going. The neighborhoods east of 635 and around Lake Ray Hubbard see most of our work in the area.

Lewisville

Lewisville projects lean toward the commercial side for us, especially flat-roof work. We've done a fair amount of TPO and EPDM roofing on offices and retail spaces near the I-35 corridor, and the residential side is mostly storm-related repairs and replacements. Lewisville's mix of newer commercial and aging residential keeps the work varied.

Keller

Keller calls tend to come from two directions. On the residential side it's usually hail damage repair work after a storm rolls through Tarrant County, and on the commercial side we get a steady amount of TPO roofing projects on flat-roof buildings around town. The newer commercial development here means more buildings going up that need flat-roof systems installed and maintained.

Flower Mound

Flower Mound sits a bit further out from our shop, but we've worked plenty of jobs there and the drive's not bad. The mix is mostly residential roofing work, with a fair share of full replacements on homes built during the area's growth years that are now at the age where the original roof is showing it. Storm damage drives a chunk of the calls we get from the area too.

Highland Park

Highland Park is one of those areas where the commercial flat-roof work is more common than you might expect, especially on the older buildings along Knox-Henderson and the Highland Park Village area. We handle flat roof installation and repair on those buildings regularly. Residential work here tends to be on higher-end homes where the roof has to match the look of the rest of the property.

University Park

University Park work for us is a mix of residential repair and commercial flat-roof projects. The flat-roof side comes up more often than people expect because of the older mid-century commercial buildings in the area, and we handle flat roof repair and installation on those regularly. Residential calls here often involve older homes where the roofing has to fit the architectural style.

Colleyville

Colleyville calls tend to be on larger custom homes where the materials are usually a step up from the standard architectural shingle. We've done a good amount of metal roofing work here, both on full replacements and on accent sections like porches and gables. The properties take a little longer to work on but the quality of the homes makes it worth the time.

Celina

Celina is one of the faster-growing areas in our service zone, and a lot of the work we get there is on newer homes that took storm damage. The area's growth means new construction is everywhere, so we also pick up residential roofing projects on homes that are only a few years old but already needed work after a hail event. Celina's a city we're keeping a closer eye on as it continues to expand.

How We Serve the DFW Metroplex

The crew we have today has been doing roofing work across DFW for over 30 years combined, and that experience matters when you're dealing with North Texas weather. Hail is the biggest one. We get hit with hail events most years, and the difference between a roof that holds up and one that doesn't usually comes down to how it was installed and what the contractor knew about the local conditions when they put it on.

Beyond the storm work, we also do regular maintenance, gutter installation and repair, siding work, and other exterior construction. A lot of homeowners and property managers we work with end up calling us for more than just the roof because once we're out there for one project, it's easier to handle related work at the same time.

We're a fully insured GAF certified contractor, which matters for warranty work and insurance claim documentation. If you're filing a claim after a storm, we can walk you through the process and handle the contractor side of the paperwork. That's a big part of what we do, especially after major hail events.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge extra to drive out to cities further from your shop?

No, the price for a project doesn't change based on which DFW city you're in. We're set up to work across the metroplex, and our service radius is built around the work we do. The only time travel becomes a factor is for very small repair jobs in cities outside our normal service area, but for the cities listed on this page, distance doesn't change pricing.

What's your response time for emergency repair in the outer suburbs?

For emergency calls in the suburbs further out from Farmers Branch, like Fort Worth or Flower Mound, we typically have someone on-site the same day if the call comes in during business hours. Storm events can stretch that timeline because the call volume goes up, but we triage based on severity. A roof that's actively leaking gets prioritized over a call about damage that can wait a day or two.

Do you serve cities not listed on this page?

Probably, yes. Our 100-mile radius from Farmers Branch covers a lot of the metroplex and beyond. If your city isn't on the list above, give us a call and we'll let you know if your address is in our service area. Most of DFW is.

Are you available for commercial roofing work across DFW?

Yes, commercial roofing is a regular part of what we do, and we work commercial buildings across the entire metroplex. We handle TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing systems for offices, retail, multi-family properties, and HOA-managed communities. Commercial work has different timelines and different paperwork than residential, so we plan around tenant operations and business hours when we can.
