Dallas is where most of our DFW work happens, from full replacements in older neighborhoods like Lakewood and Preston Hollow to commercial flat roof work downtown and across the city. Hail and high winds keep us busy here every storm season, and we handle everything from quick repair calls to insurance-claim replacements. Plano homeowners tend to be in research mode when they call us, and we appreciate that approach. The neighborhoods here range from established homes in West Plano to newer subdivisions on the east side, so the projects vary a lot. Arlington is one of our busiest service areas, and we work projects across the city year-round on both sides of the highway. The mix here leans heavily toward storm damage repair and full replacements, partly because the city sees a lot of hail activity and partly because a lot of the housing stock is hitting that replacement window. Carrollton sits right next to our Farmers Branch shop, so we're in the area constantly and know it well. We work on a lot of established neighborhoods here where the original roofs are aging out, and the local mix of single-family and townhome work keeps our crews busy. Farmers Branch is home for us. Our shop is here on Rosser Road, and a lot of our neighbors are also our customers. The work here ranges from small repairs to full replacements on homes that have been standing for decades, plus commercial work along the I-635 corridor. Addison's a smaller footprint geographically but the work here is steady, with a mix of residential and a fair amount of commercial flat-roof work given the office and retail density along the Tollway. Richardson's been picking up for us lately. A lot of the homes off Central and Coit are at the age where the original roof is on its last legs, and we've been doing a steady stream of replacements and repair work in those neighborhoods. Southlake work tends to involve premium materials more often than in our other service areas. We've handled slate replacements, clay tile repairs, and a fair amount of high-end architectural shingle work on homes through the Carillon and Stonebridge areas. Irving keeps us moving. We work residential neighborhoods near MacArthur Boulevard, multi-family properties around Las Colinas, and commercial buildings spread throughout the city. Most of the residential calls come in after storms or when a roof's just due for replacement, while the commercial work is mostly flat-roof maintenance and repair.
