Warranties

Emergency Services

Emergency roof repair services are available 24/7. Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday calls. Pricing will be disclosed before work begins.

5. Insurance and Claims Assistance

We provide assistance with insurance claims but cannot guarantee claim approval or coverage amounts. We are not insurance adjusters or attorneys and cannot provide legal advice regarding insurance matters.

All insurance claim decisions are made solely by your insurance company. Customers remain responsible for deductibles and any costs not covered by insurance.

6. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is subject to written estimates. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work. Payment terms will be specified in your service contract.

We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available through third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under Texas law, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Texas law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
